And we Have Hammers
So today the 5th December 2011 we started construction, or really destruction. We received the construction certificate last week and I gave the council the notice that we are going to start.
The plan is over the next week or three is to have all the ‘hard stuff’ done. Basically replace the existing ceiling to meet with fire regulations and remove the existing kitchen. January we then rebuild the kitchen and complete the toilets. Then spruce everything up. Easy…
To add to the mystery of it all, I have papered up the front windows. Just so passing trafic know that something is happening. Of course I have placed a small sign with out name and logo.

Classic Yass
The weekend of the 5th and 6th Nov are Classic Yass in and around Yass. Come on check it out. Also you will find the Yass Farmers Market has moved for this week only from the Yass Showground to Riverbank Park. You will find us here with out great cheese.
