There is damage to your order in shipping
Our returns policy does not apply to notifications of errors or damage more than 72 hours after receipt.
We only covers return postage costs if we are at fault, have sent an incorrect item or there is a manufacturers fault.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within 72 hours of receipt of the item to email@example.com
We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution for you.
